candidate calling & communication skills

✅ Ability to
convince and convert candidates
for interviews

✅ Exposure to
IT & Non-IT recruitment

✅ Hands-on experience with
Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and candidate sourcing

✅ Comfortable with
WhatsApp, email, mass communication and follow-ups

✅ Ability to work with
recruitment targets and deadlines

✅ Valuable knowledge of
Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment tools

✅ Energetic, persistent and
positive attitude

✅ Strong willingness to
learn and take ownership

Freshers with a genuine interest in
Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
and excellent communication skills may also apply.
