Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage service staff during shifts.
- Ensure smooth and timely service to all guests.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and performance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier for smooth operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Monitor table turnover and overall floor efficiency.
- Train and guide staff on service standards and guest handling.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed properly.
- Report daily operational issues and requirements to the Restaurant Manager.
Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
