Position Overview And Objective
The Sales Operations - Order Management Specialist plays a key role in executing day-to-day order and contract operations across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy in order processing, maintaining alignment with contract terms, and supporting some renewal quote generation. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and renewals.

Responsibilities - Order Processing & Order Management




- Process customer orders and enter accurate data into CRM and billing systems
- Review contracts and validate alignment with pricing, terms, and order details
- Ensure approvals are in place and orders meet internal policy requirements
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance to resolve discrepancies
- Respond to Sales inquiries related to orders, and invoices; and support order corrections as needed.

Responsibilities - Sales Support
- Provide first-level administrative sales support
- Support the end-to-end opportunity lifecycle, including renewal quoting as needed
- Serve as a data steward for accurate partner, prospect, and customer data within Salesforce.
