Roles and Responsibilities :
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and product owners through regular meetings and status updates.
- Analyze project metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
- Certification: Scrum certification mandated (CSM or PSM from recognized bodies)
- Proven track record of successfully leading agile projects using Scrum methodologies.
- Robust understanding of PSM principles and practices.
