Responsibilities
Adani Airport City is developing Mixed Use Real Estate Airport Cities including Retail, Office, Hotels, Convention Centre and Arena across various cities – Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Guwahati spanning over 22 Mn. Sft in the initial Phases.

The Lead Design Architect will play a pivotal role in leading architectural design initiatives for real estate and hospitality projects. The position requires a Bachelor of Architecture from a reputed institute and a proven track record in conceptualizing and overseeing mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces. The ideal candidate will have 15-18 years of experience and possess exceptional skills in architectural design for hospitality-led projects. This position will report to Head Design.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee architectural design initiatives for hospitality-led mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of design concepts.




- Provide strategic guidance and cutting-edge design solutions to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of projects.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, building codes, and sustainability principles in all design activities.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Conduct regular site visits and participate in project meetings to monitor progress and address any design-related challenges.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies to optimize project outcomes.

Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- 15-18 years of experience in architectural design for real estate, mixed use and hospitality projects.
- Proven track record in leading full-cycle projects from concept development to on-site completion.

Education Qualification
- Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Preferred: B. Arch from reputed instit
