Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage orders from creation to fulfillment, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Utilize SAP systems to process orders, track inventory levels, and generate reports as needed.
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure seamless execution of shipments and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving complaints efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in Order Management or related field (SAP knowledge preferred).
- Solid understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
