The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Civil Litigation
- Commercial Litigation
- Consumer Litigation
- Criminal Litigation
- Drafting & Pleadings
- Court Appearances
- Legal Research & Case Strategy
- Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Key Responsibilities

The selected advocate will be expected to independently handle litigation matters and take responsibility for the effective conduct of assigned cases.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting plaints, written statements, complaints, petitions, applications, replies, rejoinders, affidavits and other legal pleadings.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research on applicable statutes, rules,



regulations and judicial precedents.
- Appearing before courts, tribunals, commissions and other appropriate judicial or quasi-judicial forums.
- Independently managing day-to-day litigation proceedings and ensuring timely compliance with procedural requirements.
- Assisting in developing case strategy and providing practical legal inputs on complex disputes.
- Reviewing case files, documents and evidence and identifying relevant legal and factual issues.
- Preparing matters for hearings, arguments and cross-examination, wherever applicable.
- Coordinating with clients, senior advocates, the firm's Delhi office and other counsels.
- Maintaining proper case records, hearing updates, deadlines and litigation documentation.
- Ensuring timely filing of pleadings, applications, replies and other documents.
- Representing the firm's clients professionally and effectively before relevant forums.
