Roles and responsibilities:

Responsible for generating recent business for aegis Protection Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, Maharashtra. The Sales Manager will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation till contract signing.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead generation (cold calling, emailing, networking, approaching in field)

2. Meeting clients and presenting company profile & services.

3. Following up & networking

4. Negotiation and contract signing.

5. Documentation.

Required Candidate Qualifications:

1. 5+ years Field sales experience for a B2B security services or facility management company.

2. Verbal and Written Fluency in Marathi, Hindi & English.

3. Ability to write emails and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.

4. High energy & enthusiasm to meet targets.

5.



Excellent verbal communication and selling ability.

6. Experience networking and building relations.

7. Minimum Graduate (any) (non-graduates with 7+ years of relevant experience will be considered)

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 7+ years Sales experience in Pune, Maharashtra.
