VMC / CNC Machine Operator

Yashi Castings is looking for an experienced VMC/CNC Machine Operator for our manufacturing unit in Howrah.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate VMC/CNC machines independently
- Job setting, tool setting and workpiece alignment
- Set and correct tool offsets
- Read and understand engineering drawings
- Perform milling, drilling, boring and tapping operations
- Measure components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and other measuring instruments
- Maintain required dimensions, tolerances and surface finish
- Make basic CNC program/offset corrections when required
- Perform in-process inspection of machined components
- Follow machine safety, quality and production procedures
- Carry out basic machine maintenance and housekeeping

Candidate Requirements:




- Minimum 0–1 years of VMC/CNC operating experience
- Experience in machining cast iron/heavy engineering components preferred
- Positive knowledge of job setting and tool setting
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Knowledge of Vernier, Micrometer and measuring instruments
- ITI/10th pass, 12th pass Candidate should be willing to work in shifts if required

Job Location: Amta Ranihati Foundry Park, Howrah, West Bengal

Candidates who can independently set and operate VMC/CNC machines will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
