AI-Native Business Development Executive (BDE) – Pharma TechnologyPosition Overview

We are looking for a highly driven, AI-native Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, technology consulting, SaaS, AI solutions, digital transformation, or life sciences technology.

This role is not for an average salesperson.

We are seeking a self-driven qualified who can independently identify opportunities, build relationships, create demand, leverage AI tools, negotiate with senior stakeholders, and close deals with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate should think like an entrepreneur, execute like an operator, and sell like a consultant.

Key Responsibilities1. AI-Driven Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, and similar platforms to identify and qualify prospects.
- Build targeted prospect databases across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, CDMO, and life sciences organizations.
- Create and maintain an AI-assisted outbound prospecting engine.




- Continuously identify new market opportunities, competitors, and industry trends.

2. Business Development & Sales
- Generate qualified opportunities through:
- LinkedIn networking
- Email outreach
- Industry conferences
- Pharma exhibitions
- Referrals
- Strategic partnerships
- Conduct discovery meetings with business and technical stakeholders.
- Understand customer pain points and position company solutions effectively.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle until closure.

3. Pharma Industry Engagement
- Participate in pharmaceutical and life sciences conferences, webinars, and networking events.
- Establish relationships with:
- AR&D; Heads
- QC Heads
- QA Heads
- Laboratory Informatics Leaders
- Digital Transformation Leaders
- IT Heads
- Innovation Teams
- Identify emerging industry challenges and translate them into bus
