We are looking for
3 to 6 years experienced

Embedded Test Engineer

to play a key role in the quality assurance of HVAC related products. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Embedded SW testing and test automation frameworks.

Tasks / Responsibilities:

*

· Design and execute manual and automated tests for Embedded and IoT products.

· Develop and maintain automation frameworks using advanced Python.

· Create and maintain Robot Framework test suites and reusable libraries.

· Validate Embedded systems using HVAC Proprietary protocols such as EMS & RF

· Analyze test failures, perform root cause analysis, and support issue resolution with development teams.

· Convert product requirements into detailed test scenarios and automation solutions.

· Improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.

· Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure product quality.





Expected skill set: *

· Strong experience in Embedded Software Testing and IoT product validation.

·

Advanced Python programming for automation framework development

and test utilities.

· Hands-on experience with

Robot Framework.

· Good understanding of IoT concepts and Embedded communication protocols.

·

Robust debugging, log analysis, and root cause analysis skills

.

· Familiarity with firmware validation, and hardware-software interaction testing.

·

Experience with JIRA, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps

.

· Good communication, problem-solving ability, and a proactive learning attitude.

Good to Have skills:

· Exposure to HIL/SIL testing and automated test setups.

· Knowledge of HVAC, industrial automation, automotive, or other Embedded IoT domains.

·
ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level Certification.
