Key Responsibilities

Seeking a hands-on Technical System Analyst (7+ years) to support SaaS platform upgrades, environment provisioning, deployment, troubleshooting, and production rollouts for investment management clients.





Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end SaaS upgrades across client environments.
- Configure, deploy, validate, and support go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot application, batch, integration, and performance issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and work with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Must-Have Skills
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and/or Sybase.
- Knowledge of batch processing, job scheduling, and system integrations.
- Infrastructure fundamentals (servers, OS, monitoring tools).

Preferred Experience
- Financial Services / Investment Management / Trading Systems domain experience.
- Exposure to scripting, XML, networking, monitoring, and DR/BCP concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
