Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Fee Collection Executive to manage student fee collection, payment follow-ups, outstanding fee tracking, and related administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with students and parents regarding pending and overdue fees.
- Ensure timely collection of course and tuition fees.
- Make professional calls and send payment reminders.
- Maintain accurate records of paid, pending, and overdue fees.
- Track student payment schedules and follow up on committed payment dates.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Academic/Counselling teams regarding fee-related matters.
- Address basic fee and payment-related queries from students and parents.
- Maintain daily collection records and prepare regular collection reports.




- Monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely recovery.
- Handle payment-related documentation and maintain proper records.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with students and parents.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Experience in fee collection, education/EdTech, collections, accounts, telecalling, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
