Position: HR Executive – Plant HR & Administration

Location: Bharuch, Gujarat

Gender: Female

Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Chemical / Industrial Plant

Job Summary

We are looking for a female HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation and general administration at our plant in Bharuch. The candidate should be well-organized, proactive and comfortable coordinating with employees, plant departments and management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant and support functions.
- Coordinate with departments to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants and other channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Manage offer, joining and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

2. HR Operations
- Manage day-to-day HR activities for plant employees.
- Maintain employee master data and HR records.




- Handle attendance, leave and shift-related records.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, queries and routine matters.
- Support payroll inputs and provide accurate attendance/leave data to the concerned team.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction and exit formalities.
- Maintain proper employee files and statutory/HR documentation.

3. HR Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain personnel files, appointment letters, confirmation letters and other HR documents.
- Ensure timely completion of joining and employee documentation.
- Maintain records related to labour and employment compliances.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for statutory documentation, wherever required.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS and manpower-related data.

4. Plant Administration
- Handle general administrative activities of the plant.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, canteen, transport
