Purpose of the position

The Business Development Manager for Medical Gas Pipeline System in Hospitals for Southern Region of India working with the South Healthcare Sales Team and reporting to Head of Healthcare, India. Preferred location will be Bangalore. Other locations Hyderabad . Manager will be responsible for achieving the Sales target Topline & Bottom Line , working closely with cross functional Teams, bringing in new idea to grow business.Has to be a quick learner.

Principal responsibilities
- You will manage Business Development for Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) in South India – Karnataka, Telangana, Andra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala.
- You will be Directly accountable for delivering sales targets both Topline & Bottomline in the assigned territory.
- You will be Directly manage the Key accounts & have direct access to key stakeholders of ALL accounts
- In this role you will ensure timely submission of Territorial MIS.
- You will have to be a Team Person – work with local Healthcare sales Team to achieve the Target numbers.




- In this role you will have to give Monthly training to be given to the Regional Healthcare Sales Team on MGPS – Techno Commercials.
- For this role you should have Thorough knowledge of what is happening on new products coming in India.
- You should have Thorough Knowledge on expansion of Hospitals both Private & Government.
- In this role you will have to Maintain good relationship with Hospital Consultants.
- You will have to Work closely with the Linde Execution Team of MGPS & help them to improve the execution standards.
- In this role you will have to Maintain good networking within the various departments for cross-functional support
- In this you will have to Execute as well as Drive various SAFETY programs & other Customer Engagement activities
- You will have to Drive timely collection of payments from all customers in the territory
