· Prepare detailed quantity estimates based on drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

· Prepare, review, and process client and contractor bills.

· Verify quantities from drawings and measurement sheets.

· Prepare and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

· Analyse tender documents and assist in preparing bid estimates.

· Monitor project costs and prepare cost comparison statements in coordination with accounts department

· Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material quantity reconciliation.

· Prepare variation statements, extra item estimates, and rate analysis.

· Maintain billing records, estimation reports, and project documentation.





· Maintaining site expenses- company wise and site wise and ensuring their approvals & reimbursements

· Ensure compliance with contract terms and billing procedures.

· Support management with MIS reports related to project costs and billing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
