Position Summary
The Business Head is responsible for the overall growth, profitability, and operational excellence of VERO Coffee & Beverages. The role encompasses ownership of sales, marketing, e-commerce, quick commerce, HoReCa business development, procurement, imports, inventory planning, financial performance, and strategic business initiatives.
Business Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the annual business plan.
- Achieve annual sales, revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify recent business opportunities and partnerships.
- Present business performance to management.

Sales & Business Development
- Drive offline sales via tele-calling, WhatsApp and direct customer engagement.
- Develop B2B, institutional and corporate sales.
- Acquire and retain key customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

HoReCa Business Development
- Generate sales through hotels, restaurants, cafs and catering companies.




- Conduct regular customer visits and build long-term relationships.

Amazon & Blinkit Management
- Manage Amazon Seller Central and Blinkit operations.
- Run and optimize advertising campaigns.
- Maintain target ACoS, TACoS and ROAS.
- Improve product visibility and sales.

Marketing & Brand Development
- Support digital marketing campaigns, promotions and new product launches.

Procurement & Import Management
- Forecast inventory.
- Place orders with the UK manufacturer.
- Coordinate shipping, customs clearance and import documentation.

Inventory & Supply Chain
- Monitor inventory.
- Prevent stock-outs and coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners.

Financial Management
- Prepare budgets.
- Monitor profitability and margins.
- Recommend pricing strategies.

Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare DSRs and weekly/monthly reports.
- Track sales, advertising, inventory and profitability.
