We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Team Leader who can build a high-performing sales team and drive revenue through effective lead management, customer engagement, site visits, negotiations, and closures.

Job Purpose

The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading the real estate sales team, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, converting leads into site visits and bookings, and ensuring a solid sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate should be an energetic sales professional with strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills and a good understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate,



and manage a team of Real Estate Sales Executives.
- Set individual and team-wise sales targets.
- Conduct daily/weekly sales reviews and track team performance.
- Train team members on lead conversion, calling, site visits, negotiations, and closing techniques.
- Monitor individual productivity and take corrective action wherever required.
- Build a performance-driven and customer-focused sales culture.

2. Sales & Revenue
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking and closure.
- Personally participate in high-value negotiations and important customer meetings.
- Improve conversion rates at every stage of the sales funnel.
- Develop strategies to increase site visits, bookings, and overall revenue.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.
