Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Freelance Event Sales & Sponsorship professional to identify potential sponsors, generate leads, pitch sponsorship opportunities, negotiate commercial deals, and close sponsorship revenues for events.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build a pipeline of potential sponsors and corporate partners.
- Develop current business through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Understand sponsor objectives and recommend suitable event packages.
- Prepare and deliver sponsorship pitches and presentations.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and partnership terms.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed sponsorships.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the event and marketing teams to ensure sponsor commitments are delivered.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and closures.
- Achieve agreed sponsorship revenue and sales targets.

Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and business-development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Strong networking and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working on targets and performance-based incentives.
- Good understanding of corporate sponsorship and event marketing.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and email outreach.

Preferred Background

Experience in events, exhibitions, conferences, media, advertising, marketing, hospitality, or corporate partnerships is preferred.

Compensation

Freelance fee / commission-based structure, depending on experience and event scope. Attractive incentives for successful sponsorship closures.
