About the Role

Awish Dermacare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of digital customer acquisition, lead generation, targeting, retargeting, conversion funnels and marketing ROI.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, remarketing, landing pages, CRM/email/WhatsApp journeys and conversion optimization.

The person will be responsible for ensuring that the right audience sees the right message at the right stage of the funnel, while maintaining high-quality leads at the lowest possible acquisition cost.

Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Manage Google Ads, including:
- Search Ads
- Lead Generation Ads
- Display Ads
- YouTube Ads




- Remarketing/Retargeting Campaigns
- Performance Max and other relevant campaign formats
- Manage Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram, including:
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- Conversion Campaigns
- Traffic Campaigns
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Custom Audience and Lookalike Audience campaigns
- Explore and leverage other relevant digital advertising platforms to expand reach and acquisition.

2. Full-Funnel Marketing
- Build and manage complete customer acquisition funnels from first touchpoint to conversion.
- Define the customer journey and ensure proper communication at every stage:
- First interaction
- Awareness
- Consideration
- Lead generation
- Lead nurturing
- Conversion
- Remarketing
- Repeat engagement
- Create strategic sequences where users receive different ads/messages based on their previous interaction.
- Develop effective cross-platform retargeting strategies to bring users back into the funnel.
