Job Description – Sales Executive (Site)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Sales qualified with 2–4 years of experience in electrical materials and products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, generating leads, managing customer relationships, handling enquiries and quotations, and achieving sales targets across government, private, commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new projects, customers, contractors, consultants, industries, panel builders, dealers, and other business opportunities.
- Generate leads and develop business across government and private sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Promote and sell electrical materials and products by providing suitable technical and commercial solutions.
- Handle the complete sales process from enquiry and requirement understanding to quotation, negotiation, order closure, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.




- Prepare and submit technical/commercial quotations and follow up regularly until order closure.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for pricing, product availability, margins, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Conduct customer meetings, project/site visits, and participate in relevant industry events and networking activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities to support business growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate enquiry, sales, and follow-up reports.

Required Product Knowledge

The candidate should have basic-to-good knowledge of:
- Cables & Wires: LT/HT, XLPE/PVC, Armoured/Unarmoured, Copper/Aluminium, FR/FRLS
- Switchgear: MCB, MCCB, ACB, VCB, Contactors, Relays, Isolators, Changeover Switches
- Lighting: LED, Panel, Flood, Street, High Bay and Industrial Lights
- Other Electrical Products: Distribution Boards, Pane
