Job Summary:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve
- Working knowledge of Cinema 4D or similar 3D tools for incorporating 3D elements into motion design work
- Experience using industry-standard plugins and tools such as Maxon, Element 3D, and related creative extensions to enhance production quality
- Familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools to support ideation, workflow efficiency, and content production
- Strong visual storytelling skills, with the ability to interpret briefs into transparent, compelling motion content
- Good understanding of pacing, composition, typography, transitions, and brand-led visual communication




- Ability to balance creativity with delivery needs, timelines, and business requirements
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, taking feedback, and incorporating revisions effectively

Qualifications required
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics
- Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video and motion graphics work across digital formats
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency, studio, or in-house brand environment is preferred
