Required Skills:

Workday Integration Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support. It entails detailed hands on technical knowledge of workday integrations and the domain .

1. Workday Integration Expertise in EIB, Studio, CCW, CCB, Payroll Integrations, Extend, Knowledge on using API

2. Knowledge of Web service-related topics (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, OAuth, etc.).

3. Experience with XML/XSLT and Java will be helpful.

4. Experience in creating detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.

5. Experience with the various technologies involved in SOA development (XML, XPath, XSLT, Web Services, etc.)

6.



General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (Core HCM/Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent & Performance management/ Absence Management/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ Payroll/Benefits/Compensation)

7. Experience in Workday Reporting, Report Builder, Custom Reports, XSLT Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT)

8. Experience with Workday Application and Reports

9. Must have a problem-solving attitude

10. Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision

11. Positive written & oral communication skills & strong team player

12. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
