Job description:
One of our client from Casting & Foundry Industry is hiring Dispatch Head
Location: Howrah, Ulberia
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan daily dispatch as per production and sales plan
2. Ensure correct material, quantity and documents are sent
3. Supervise loading, packing and labelling work
4. Coordinate with transporters and inform delays if any
5. Maintain dispatch register, invoice copy and gate pass
6. Ensure rejected or hold material is not dispatched
7. Monitor pending dispatch and follow up for clearances
8. Maintain discipline and safety at loading area
Requirements:
1. Graduate / Diploma preferred
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in Dispatch with 2 years in supervisory role (Manhole Cover preferred)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
