: Up to ₹1 lakh in-hand per month

Minimum Experience Required:
6+ years

We are looking for a Growth Strategy Lead with strong experience across growth, sales, marketing, brand strategy, business development, and execution. This role is for someone who can think strategically, take ownership, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
:
- Lead growth, sales, marketing, and brand strategy initiatives
- Build and execute go-to-market plans, campaigns, and business growth strategies
- Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and business channels
- Work closely with leadership on growth planning and execution
- Track performance, improve conversions, and drive measurable results
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners
- Bring structure, speed,



and ownership to business and marketing operations
- Support business expansion through market research, competitor tracking, and execution planning

Ideal Candidate:
- 6+ years of experience in growth, marketing, sales strategy, brand, business development, or revenue roles
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, brand positioning, and growth funnels
- Comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution
- Experience managing campaigns, teams, vendors, or cross-functional projects
- Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, founder-led environment
- Based in Delhi/NCR or comfortable working full-time from Gurgaon
