Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
- Source US candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes of US candidates and shortlist them based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening of US candidates and assess communication skills, experience, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between US candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate records of US candidates and update recruitment databases.
- Follow up with US candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of US candidates.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.





Requirements
- Graduate in any field.
- 0–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid interest in recruitment can also apply.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in US shifts (6:30 PM to 4:00 AM).
