Role Description
The Education Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves engaging with prospective and current learners to understand their educational background, interests, and career goals, and recommending suitable programs accordingly. The Education Counselor will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, respond to inquiries via multiple channels,



and guide learners through the admission and onboarding process. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of counseling interactions, collaborating with training and marketing teams to align learner expectations with course offerings, and organizing or supporting information sessions, workshops, and orientation events. The role also requires continuous awareness of industry trends in technology education to provide up-to-date guidance and support.

Qualifications
