Core Responsibilities1. Personnel & Manpower Management
- Recruitment & Deployment: Source, interview, and deploy on-site security guards, supervisors, and housekeeping or garden staff.
- Attendance & Roster Control: Monitor daily attendance, handle reliever arrangements, and ensure uninterrupted 24/7 site coverage.
- Discipline & Grooming: Conduct routine "turn-out" checks to ensure staff adhere to uniform and grooming standards.

2. Security & Facility Auditing
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular, unannounced visits to client locations to inspect patrol logs, registers (visitor/material), and the physical security of the premises.
- Facility Maintenance Checks: Monitor the operational readiness of the facility, including fire prevention equipment, access control systems, and CCTV monitoring.
- Compliance: Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety norms.

3. Client Relations & Incident Management
- Client Liaison: Meet frequently with facility managers and clients to collect feedback, address grievances, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.




- Incident Response: Investigate and document security breaches, accidents, or emergencies immediately.
- Reporting: Submit daily activity logs, incident reports, and operational audit updates to regional management.

4. Administration & Payroll
- Attendance Verification: Verify and submit Daily, weekly or monthly attendance data to HR and operations departments to process payroll and client invoices.
- Onboarding: Assist with new-hire joining formalities, bank account setups, and uniform/gear issuance.

Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Typically 2 to 5+ years in security, housekeeping, or corporate facility management.
- Transportation: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driver's license and own vehicle for frequent travel between sites.
- Local Language Proficiency: Robust verbal and written skills in local languages (e.g., Kannada, Hindi, and English in the Bengaluru region) to effectively co
