Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and standards in the auto components manufacturing process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
- Develop, maintain, and update safety policies, procedures, and training programs for employees.
- Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure readiness.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) or related field.
- Solid knowledge of industrial safety principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proven track record of developing effective safety protocols and implementing successful training programs.
