About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven
Social Media Marketing skilled
to own and grow Plush's social media presence across platforms.
The role will be responsible for developing social media strategy, driving engagement and growth, working closely with the content and creative teams, and ensuring Plush remains culturally relevant and top-of-mind among its target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute the social media strategy aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
- Build monthly content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Identify emerging trends, formats and opportunities to grow reach and engagement.
- Develop platform-specific strategies rather than repurposing the same content everywhere.
Content & Campaigns
- Work closely with the Content Creator, Creative and Brand teams to develop engaging social-first content.
- Drive Reels,
static content, carousels, stories, campaigns and influencer-led content.
- Translate brand campaigns into compelling social media narratives.
- Develop social media campaigns around launches, products, festivals and relevant cultural moments.
Community & Engagement
- Own day-to-day community management and audience engagement.
- Monitor comments, DMs, conversations and brand mentions.
- Identify consumer conversations and insights that can inform content and brand strategy.
- Build an active and engaged Plush community.
Influencer & Creator Collaboration
- Work with the influencer/creator marketing team to identify relevant creators.
- Support campaign briefs, content reviews and performance tracking.
- Identify emerging creators and social trends relevant to the brand.
Analytics & Performance
- Track key metrics including reach, engagement, followers, views, shares, saves and conversions.
