Role Description
As a Junior Graphic Designer at JadeCaps, you will support the design needs of our brands, including StayJade, RedOlive, and Jade PMS. You will create visual assets such as social media creatives, marketing banners, pitch decks, and presentation materials aligned with brand guidelines.



Your day-to-day work will include collaborating with marketing and product teams, interpreting briefs, refining concepts, and preparing designs for digital and print use. You will assist in maintaining consistent branding across platforms, iterating on feedback, and contributing fresh ideas to enhance visual storytelling. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

Qualifications
- Robust foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and applying brand identities across multiple touchpoints.
- Proficiency in Typography, with attention to layout, hierarchy, and readability for digital and print materials.
- Working knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating design project
