Experience within a regulated environment, legal operations, compliance, risk or controls functions would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities




- Engage stakeholders across General Counsel to understand operational needs, challenges and priorities.
- Map current end-to-end processes, including activities, systems, data, controls, decision points, hand-offs and dependencies.
- Lead workshops and interviews to gather, analyse, document and prioritise business requirements.
- Identify duplication, bottlenecks, rework, manual intervention, control gaps and inconsistent practices across teams.
- Design simplified and standardised future-state processes aligned with objectives, risk requirements and operational controls.
- Assess activities for potential automation, workflow enablement, self-service or AI-assisted delivery.
- Ensure processes are streamlined before automation solutions are designed or implemented.
