About the Role

Solto Innovations and Aviation Private Limited is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities in engineering, manufacturing, SPM, jig & fixture, and industrial services.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with B2B sales, customer visits, lead generation, enquiry conversion, and relationship building with manufacturing companies, OEMs, engineering companies, and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through calls, LinkedIn, email, references, networking, exhibitions, and direct customer visits.
- Develop new customers in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, industrial, defence, aerospace, and related sectors.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/design team to prepare suitable solutions and quotations.
- Generate enquiries, follow up with customers, negotiate commercially, and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads, enquiries, quotations,



and order status.
- Conduct customer meetings and presentations to explain Solto's engineering and manufacturing capabilities.
- Develop relationships with purchase, production, engineering, design, maintenance, and management teams of customer organizations.

A person who is hungry for new business, confident in approaching customers, capable of generating leads independently, and willing to take ownership of the complete sales cycle from Lead → Enquiry → Quotation → Negotiation → Order.
