Lead AI Python Developer – 7–10 Years Experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a
Lead AI Python Developer
with 7–10 years of strong hands-on software development experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions using Python. The ideal candidate will be a solid technical leader and individual contributor who can guide the team while independently writing production-quality code, solving complex technical problems, and driving AI initiatives from design through deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of production-grade Python applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to AI/ML and Python development teams.
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Develop and integrate LLM-based applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or other LLM APIs.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and enterprise data sources.
- Develop AI applications using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.




- Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Define technical architecture and development best practices for AI applications.
- Work with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Design prompt engineering strategies and establish approaches for evaluating LLM outputs.
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and vector databases.
- Drive the development of AI agents, multi-agent systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, security, quality, and performance standards.
- Identify and resolve complex technical and production issues.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
