Air-O-Service is a service-focused company providing professional maintenance, repair, and technical support solutions for commercial equipment. We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our growth and client acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through online research, cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
- Contact prospective clients and introduce Air-O-Service’s products and services.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain and regularly update lead and customer databases.
- Follow up with prospects and assist in converting leads into business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and site visits with potential clients.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and other business documents.
- Track sales activities,



follow-ups, and lead status.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Support the Business Development/Sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients.

Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to research and identify potential customers.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn sales and business development processes.
- Comfortable with calling and communicating with clients.
