Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth by building partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate and convert business opportunities through client meetings, presentations, and relationship management.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions to present and promote SISYA CLASS services.
- Generate recent business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals,



and follow-up activities.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and business meetings with decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, administrators, and institutional stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
