Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Axway API Management Engineer / Integration Lead
to design, develop, configure, and support secure API-based integration solutions. The role involves working with Axway API Management, API Gateway, and API Manager to enable reliable connectivity between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and external systems.

The candidate will work closely with architects, development teams, cloud teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Axway API Management and API Integration.
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain API integrations using Axway solutions.
- Work on Axway API Gateway and API Manager configuration and administration.
- Develop and manage REST and SOAP APIs, routing, policies, transformations, and security configurations.
- Implement API lifecycle management including publishing, versioning,



monitoring, governance, and support.
- Configure authentication, authorization, OAuth, certificates, encryption, and other API security mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot API failures, connectivity issues, performance problems, and production incidents.
- Collaborate with application, cloud, architecture, and business teams on integration solutions.
- Optimize API performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical solutions for complex integration challenges.
- Mentor junior team members and promote API integration best practices.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Axway API Management Platform.
- Expertise in Axway API Gateway and API Manager.
- Strong experience in API lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
