We are looking for a confident, responsible and organised CRM, Order Processing & Process Coordination Executive. The candidate will communicate with clients, confirm orders, manage the CRM and coordinate the complete internal process—from customer enquiry and order confirmation to dispatch and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer & CRM Management:

* Communicate with clients through phone calls and WhatsApp

* Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information

* Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders

* Maintain professional relationships with current and existing customers

* Record all customer conversations, follow-ups and order updates in the CRM

* Take complete responsibility for keeping the CRM accurate and up to date

Order Processing:

* Confirm product, quantity, price, payment and delivery details with customers

* Create and process confirmed orders in the company’s CRM or order-management system

* Maintain accurate customer and order details in CRM and Excel sheets





* Share quotations, invoices, payment details and order confirmations with customers

* Track orders from confirmation through production, billing, packing, dispatch and delivery

* Follow up on pending payments, incomplete orders and delayed deliveries

Process Coordination:

* Coordinate the complete workflow between sales, accounts, production, inventory, packing and dispatch teams

* Ensure every department receives complete and accurate order information

* Follow up with concerned team members to ensure tasks are completed on time

* Maintain process trackers for confirmed, pending, under-process, packed and dispatched orders

* Monitor order timelines and ensure that committed delivery dates are followed

* Identify process delays, missing information and operational issues

* Escalate urgent orders, delays or unresolved issues to the concerned manager

* Coordinate with courier and log
