About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, high-energy Inside Sales Team Lead to lead our inside sales operations. In this role, you will lead from the front by closing deals personally while managing, coaching, and scaling a team of telesales executives.

You will be responsible for converting warm inbound B2B leads (restaurant owners, hoteliers, cafe operators), building structured follow-up cadences via Call and WhatsApp, and ensuring the sales floor consistently hits daily and monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by Example: Handle high-intent/hot leads personally, conduct live qualification and closing calls, and consistently hit individual sales targets.
- Team Coaching & Floor Management: Run daily morning huddles, conduct live call shadowing, review lost deals, and train reps on consultative objection handling.
- Conversion & Pipeline Optimization: Maximize conversion rates on incoming B2B leads across phone calls and WhatsApp Business workflows.
- Follow-up Process Implementation: Design and enforce structured follow-up cadences for unconverted, cold,



and unresponsive leads.
- Performance Tracking & Accountability: Track daily calling metrics, talk-time, lead response time, and conversion numbers; identify bottlenecks and implement quick operational fixes.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–6 years of proven experience in B2B Inside Sales / Telesales, with at least 1–2 years in a Team Lead or Senior Closer/Player-Coach role.
- Track Record: Proven history of consistently hitting or exceeding individual and team revenue targets.
- Sales Methodology: Robust consultative selling skills; ability to pitch ROI and business value rather than generic product features.
- Multi-Channel Selling: High expertise in closing deals over phone calls and WhatsApp chat.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage).
