The Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support a leading Oil & Gas client, delivering end-to-end recruitment across technical, engineering, manufacturing functions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, proactive sourcing, market insight, and consultative recruitment support to ensure hiring needs are met within agreed timelines and quality standards.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Hiring Managers, lead recruitment strategy, manage candidate pipelines, drive offer negotiations, and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Accountabilities
*Please note, this role requires candidates to be versatile and comfortable working 3 days from Client office.*
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition briefing through offer management and onboarding support.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define recruitment strategies, and deliver quality hiring outcomes.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting agreed SLAs, KPIs, and recruitment targets.
- Recruit across technical, engineering, IT, manufacturing, field-based, plant, and corporate functions, ranging from junior and blue-collar positions through to senior management roles.
