Role & responsibilities:

Customer Support
- Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, email and other support channels.
- Understand customer problems and provide clear, accurate solutions.
- Troubleshoot basic product and account-related issues.
- Coordinate with the product/technology team when escalation is required.
- Ensure customers receive timely and professional support.

Inside Sales
- Speak with inbound leads and interested users.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant products/features.
- Follow up with prospects and trial users.
- Handle objections and communicate product value effectively.
- Convert qualified leads into paid customers.
- Work towards defined sales and conversion targets.

Customer Success & Retention
- Follow up with new customers after purchase.
- Help customers activate and use significant product features.
- Identify inactive or dissatisfied users and proactively reach out.
- Support renewals, upgrades and plan extensions.

Customer Feedback
- Capture recurring customer problems, feature requests and objections.




- Share customer insights with the product team.
- Identify patterns in why users purchase, don't purchase or cancel.

Note: We are not looking for someone who simply follows a sales script. We want someone who can understand the customer, understand the problem, explain the product, solve the problem, demonstrate value, and convert/retain the customer.

Performance will be measured through customer satisfaction, response/resolution quality, product knowledge, lead follow-up discipline, demo-to-conversion rate, sales conversion, renewal/retention, customer feedback quality, and quality/accuracy of CRM records.

Preferred candidate profile:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, inside sales, telesales, customer success or a similar role.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Good English & Hindi communication is important.
