Role: Silk Section CRM

Role Summary

The Silk Section CRM is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with silk customers, understanding their purchase preferences, managing customer information, and driving repeat business through personalized communication and follow-up. The role focuses on customer retention, engagement, and sales support for the silk section.

Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate customer profiles, including purchase history, preferences, occasions, sizes, colors, and product interests.

· Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and high-value silk customers.

· Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

· Inform customers about new silk collections, exclusive arrivals, festive offers, wedding collections, and special events.

· Identify and engage VIP, premium, wedding, and high-value customers.

· Make personalized product recommendations based on previous purchases and customer preferences.

· Invite customers for new collection launches, festive shopping,



exhibitions, and special showroom events.

· Coordinate with Silk Section Sales Executives and Stylists to provide personalized customer service.

· Follow up on customer enquiries, pending purchases, alterations, blouse stitching, and special orders.

· Maintain regular communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or other approved CRM channels.

· Record customer interactions, feedback, enquiries, complaints, and follow-up status in the CRM system.

· Track customer visits and identify opportunities for cross-selling and repeat sales.

· Collect customer feedback and communicate important issues to the Showroom Manager.

· Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
