Inside Sales Executive

Location: Coimbatore (On-site)

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Inside Sales Executive to drive student enrollments at our Coimbatore center. In this high-energy sales role, you will act as an educational consultant—engaging prospective students, closing leads, and earning rewards for your performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- High-Impact Outreach: Connect with qualified inbound leads and prospective students via phone and WhatsApp to pitch relevant educational programs.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze student goals, address doubts, present tailored course packages, and close enrollments.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain flawless tracking of lead statuses, follow-up schedules, and conversion metrics in our CRM/Excel systems.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily calling metrics and monthly enrollment revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.





Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Any Graduate degree.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command over Tamil (native fluency) and English.
- Sales Orientation: Prior experience in Tele-sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Admissions Counseling is a major plus.
- Core Competencies: Confident closing skills, persistence, basic MS Office skills, and an eagerness to earn performance bonuses.
