4 Good communication skills ability to prepare and deliver presentations / reports to clients

5 Consulting mindset ability to understand clients challenges and find business solutions

Job description:

1 Analyse financial and non-financial impact of central and state labour laws for clients





2 Research on case laws and circulars to find solutions to practical challenges faced by clients under central and state labour laws

3 Prepare reports for clients to cover recommendations on various aspects covered under central and state labour laws

4 Prepare / update employee handbooks, policies, and process documents for clients

5 Audit compliance status for clients from HR and payroll perspective

6 Review third party contractor compliance

7 Make presentations to clients and participate in brainstorming sessions with clients

8 Basic knowledge of PF
