? ABOUT THE ROLE

Timesfibrefill is looking for a
sharp, well-organised Export Merchandiser
to own
ODM and OEM apparel projects end-to-end
— from sampling right through to final dispatch — for a branded retailer in the European market.

Sitting within our factory's merchandising team, you will be the vital link between our production floor and international buyers, driving projects on time against a tight
Time & Action calendar
while building strong, dependable buyer relationships.

This is a
hands-on, deadline-driven role
for someone who loves getting things shipped — on spec and on schedule — and who enjoys owning the full journey of an export order.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

End-to-End OEM / ODM Project Handling

• Own each order from sampling through development,



bulk production and final dispatch for European branded-retail buyers.

Time & Action (TNA) Calendar Management

• Build and drive the TNA for every order; track each milestone and keep every deliverable on schedule.

Sampling to Dispatch Coordination

• Manage proto, fit, PP and shipment samples, approvals, bulk production tracking, QC coordination and on-time dispatch.

Export Marketing Support

• Support the brand's export business development, prepare product and costing information, and assist in winning and growing buyer accounts.

Buyer CRM & Relationship Management

• Act as the day-to-day contact for buyers; manage communication, updates, queries and approvals professionally and promptly.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with production, fabric, trims, QC and logistics teams to keep every project moving without bottlenecks.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain order files, TNA trackers, sample status and shipment documentation; report progress an
