Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Operations: Monitor daily site work, track progress, and direct trade crews.
- Enforce Safety: Maintain strict health and safety compliance, conduct hazard inspections, and use PPE.
- Manage Resources: Coordinate material deliveries, track inventory, and manage equipment.
- Report Progress: Maintain daily logs, record attendance, and update Project Managers.
- Read Blueprints: Interpret drawings to ensure work aligns with design specifications.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–3 years in a supervisory role within construction or a related field.
- Education: High school diploma; a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
- Certifications: Valid First Aid / CPR and relevant safety cards (e.g., OSHA/NEBOSH or local equivalent).
- Skills: Strong leadership, explicit communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
