Position Description
This full-time, benefited position provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and program development for Catholic Charities Adult Education Program—including English as a Second Language (ESL), HiSET, and life-skills classes. The Manager of Adult Education builds and sustains an effective team of staff, volunteers, and community partners dedicated to student success.

This position is responsible for program administration across all Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma sites, ensuring curriculum excellence, volunteer and staff development, policy implementation, data integrity, and alignment with organizational mission and goals. This role requires a leader who can balance daily operational management with long-term strategic vision in a mission-driven, faith-centered environment.

Ministerial
- As a ministerial representative of CCEOK, maintain professional and personal conduct that aligns with the ethical and moral standards of the Catholic Church
- Pray daily for the needs of the poor through personal prayer, daily Mass, and/or adoration
- Be willing to learn and apply Catholic teaching in this role
- Help foster a shared culture of ministry across program operations and management

Leadership
- Champion the vision of the Adult Education program by aligning daily operations with long-term strategic goals and the core values of Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma
- Inspire, empower, and lead staff and volunteers to pursue the program’s mission with purpose, collaboration, and excellence
- Oversee all program staff, including hiring, training, task delegation, performance evaluation, recognition, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
