Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth functioning of hardware, software, networks, and IT systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Manage LAN/Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT asset records, allocation details, and inventory.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, email IDs, and system permissions.
- Coordinate with internet service providers, software vendors, and other IT service providers.
- Ensure regular backup and basic data-security practices.




- Monitor and resolve IT tickets and employee technical issues within defined timelines.
- Support HRMS, attendance systems, biometric devices, CCTV, and other technology platforms as required.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, licenses, passwords/access records, and system configurations.
- Ensure antivirus, operating systems, applications, and security updates are maintained.
- Assist in implementing IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and data protection measures.
- Support recent employee onboarding by arranging laptops, email IDs, system access, and other IT requirements.
- Coordinate IT requirements during employee exits, including asset recovery and access deactivation.
- Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by management.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
