Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Salt Lake, Sector 3, Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years

Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Identify customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients regularly.
- Maintain sales reports and update CRM/records.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in core sales / business development.
- Strong knowledge of B2B/B2C sales processes and lead conversion.




- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field/client meetings.
- Candidates with strong experience in core sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
