Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Lead Management lifecycle in Salesforce including lead capture (Web-to-Lead), assignment rules, lead routing, validation, and conversion processes.
- Configure and optimize Lead Assignment Rules to ensure automated and accurate routing of leads to appropriate users/queues.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools.
- Manage Salesforce data operations including data quality, cleansing, deduplication, and governance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports within Salesforce for tracking pipeline, campaigns, and performance metrics.
- Analyze marketing performance using UTM tracking and Google Analytics data to provide actionable insights.
- Build reporting and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams for CRM, analytics, and campaign integration.
- Support segmentation and customer journey design using Salesforce data.
- Optimize workflows, automation processes, and campaign effectiveness.




- Maintain documentation, processes, and quality standards for Salesforce data operations.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on marketing, CRM, and analytics data.

Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce/CRM data,marketing operations, and lead management.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce lead management including lead assignment rules, web-to-lead, conversion, and lifecycle management.
- Expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboards creation, and CRM data structures.
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics using UTM parameters and Google Analytics.
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce/CRM data, marketing operations, and lead managements.
- Solid data analysis skills (Excel, SQL preferred).
- Knowledge of marketing automation and campaign performance tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Salesforce certification preferre
